A graduate of the École Normale Supérieure de Cachan and ENSAE ParisTech, Dominique began his professional career in 1998 with Ernst & Young as an Auditor, and later became Head of Structured Finance at AEW Europe.
In 2002, he joined GE Real Estate France as Head of Strategic Ventures.
In 2005, Dominique established Cleaveland with partner and co-founder Laurent Fermaut.
After studying Engineering at Arts et Métiers-ParisTech and Property Development Law at l’Institut d'études économiques et juridiques appliquées à l'immobilier, la construction et l'habitat, Laurent began his career in 1991 with property developer G3i within the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.
In 1995, Laurent joined Eurostudiomes (a leader in the student housing sector) as Head of Development and Operations, in 1997 as Head of Management at CAPRI Entreprises, and in 1999 he joined AEW Europe as Real Estate Director.
From 2002, Laurent was Head of the Asset Management Team at CGW managing the 3 billion euro France Telecom portfolio.
In 2005, Laurent co-founded Cleaveland with partner Dominique Bonin.
In 2004, after completing a Master's in Finance at Université Paris-Dauphine and a post-graduate program in International Finance Management at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Rouen, Lyes began his career as a Credit Analyst within the French and English teams at Calyon - a Crédit Agricole subsidiary - working in Paris and London where he gained substantial experience in structured real estate finance and financial modeling.
Lyes joined Cleaveland in 2008 and is in charge of all Financing and OPCI Management.
Sophie holds law degrees in Private & Business Law and began her professional career as Corporate Legal Adviser for the Archon Group from 1999 to 2002, later joining CGW in 2003.
From 2004 to 2009, Sophie worked with the Bleecker Group as Corporate Legal Adviser specialising in corporate & contract law.
Sophie joined Cleaveland in 2009 and is responsible for all of the firm's corporate and contractual operations.
A graduate of EDHEC Business School in Lille and Université Paris-Sorbonne, Benjamin began his career in 2004 as an Investment Consultant with Cushman & Wakefield in the Capital Markets Department.
Benjamin joined Cleaveland in 2006 as an Asset Manager.
In 2017 after 5 years of leading the Asset Management team, he became Head of Real Estate.
Clara holds a degree in Notarial Law from the Université Paris II – Assas and is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure d’Administration et de Management.
In 2002, she began her career as Property Manager working with Foncia, and later in 2007, with Nexity Saggel, managing rental property portfolios including: luxury offices, shopping centers, logistics sites, and residential properties.
Clara joined Cleaveland in 2008 and is Head of the Property Management team.
A graduate of AUDENCIA, Alexandre Perrin began his professional career in 2000 with KPMG Audit as an Auditor, in the Real Estate and Construction departments.
He joined Cleaveland in 2013 as an Asset Manager.
In 2017, Alexandre became Head of Asset Management.
